Delivery Prep & Customer Pick-Up (CPU) Manager

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

Position Summary

We''re looking for a hands-on, people-focused leader to oversee delivery preparation and customer pick-up operations. In this role, you''ll support a high-performing team, help create a positive customer experience, and drive operational excellence through collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.

Compensation

Salary Range: $70,000+ annually, based on experience and qualifications.

What You''ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop team members in a supportive and accountable environment.
• Oversee delivery preparation, furniture loading, warehouse organization, and customer pick-up operations.
• Partner with team members to ensure efficient daily operations and excellent customer service.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, DOT, and company standards.

What We''re Looking For

• Experience leading, coaching, or developing a team.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Medical DOT card required.
• Must successfully pass a background check, MVR review, and drug screening.
