The Tesla Delivery team is committed to providing the best Ownership Experience possible to our customers. This position is a great opportunity to join a world-class, expanding technology company and assist our Delivery Advisors with document support and coordinate license plates with registration vendors to serve customers and help them take ownership of their new vehicles. After delivery, this role also arranges customer after-service support, such as tax refund applications or other customer requests.
- Helping Delivery Advisors with customer requests.
- Sorting delivery documents from customers, such as IDs, and coordinating with Customs, government departments, registration partners, etc., to follow our schedule.
- Regularly updating the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management.
- Supporting the Delivery Manager in delivery center operations, task completion, and ensuring superior customer service.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth delivery operations and a positive customer experience.
- Leveraging AI tools appropriately to improve work efficiency, streamline daily operations, and support delivery-related tasks.
- Contributing ideas toward improving the Tesla delivery experience, as well as back-end processes and procedures.
- Helping to apply EV tax refund processes to provide customer service.
- Keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent data arrangement skills and a careful, detail-oriented personality.
- Strong ability to work independently, with good judgment to distinguish the right course of action.
- High team collaboration skills, with empathy and the ability to understand the needs of customers, colleagues, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and departments to solve problems and move work forward.
- Ability to leverage AI tools appropriately to improve work efficiency and support daily operations.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with logistics, Customs, Customer Support, vendors, operations, and admin teams.

- Project management and data analysis capabilities.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule according to activity volume.
- Excel formula and Word function skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, mail merge) are a plus.
- Team management experience is a plus.
