Delivery Office Specialist

Baer's Furniture is seeking a detail-oriented Delivery Specialist to support the office administration processes for the delivery operations team by ensuring data accuracy, routing coordination. This is a fast-paced role with many touchpoints throughout the organization including stores, Customer Service, Advertising, and 3rd-party vendors.

• Review daily delivery data to ensure accuracy between routing software and the point-of-sale systems.
• Update and maintain customer and delivery request data in the Dispatch Track.
• Schedule and generate manifests for delivery routes and inter-store transfers
• Maintain physical and electronic records of DOT compliance documents, truck repair, and vehicle checkout
• Manage delivery pull-offs, reschedules, and capacity updates
• Provide backup support to delivery office team
