Responsibilities:
- Plans, leads, organizes, and motivates cross functional teams of medium to medium-high complexity and visibility.
- Acts as a primary communication hub between various functional departments and the teams to foresee risks, formulate plans, and organize activities to ensure sprints are completed on time.
- Acts as a change agent and adapts processes to maximize productivity of the team.
- Coaches Product leaders on the roadmap and backlog management
- Coaches the agile team on user story writing, sizing and acceptance criteria definition.
- Drives development of release and sprint roadmaps.
- Removes impediments for the agile teams
- Ensures efficient communication between the agile team and the Product Owner.
- Coordinates and facilitates sprint planning and PI planning, sprint execution, impediment removal and tracking, sprint review, and retrospectives.
- Partners with project and release managers in production deployment activities as necessary.
- Works with Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning, and to keep work backlog health and prepared for execution.
- Develops reports on sprint execution status, schedule, and agile metrics such as velocity and cycle time.
- Keeps team accountable for delivering on planned outcomes (PI and sprint).
