Beyond the technical qualifications, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a collaborative team-first mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships across business and technology stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile and SAFe best practices.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Escalate impediments appropriately while driving timely resolution.
- Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both leadership and delivery teams.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and business teams.
- Scrum Master certification preferred.
