• Conduct organizational studies and evaluate client business processes related to asset management, maintenance operations, and enterprise systems to improve efficiency and operational performance.
• Analyze business requirements and operational workflows; design and recommend improvements to systems, procedures, and asset lifecycle management processes in alignment with industry best practices.
• Gather and document requirements through stakeholder consultations, workshops, and data analysis; identify gaps and develop solutions to enhance system functionality and business outcomes.
• Develop and implement enterprise asset management (EAM) solutions using IBM Maximo, including configuration, integration, and deployment of system components to support business process improvements.
• Advise client leadership on operational strategies, system enhancements, and process optimization initiatives; prepare reports and present recommendations to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and vendors, to support the successful implementation of recommended solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and implementation methodologies; develop standardized procedures and tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.
