Job Title: Delivery Lead

Duration: 12-18 Month Contract, with potential for conversion

Location: Chandler, AZ

Required Pay Scale: $50-55/hr W2

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to support enterprise technology delivery initiatives in Chandler, AZ. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and delivering defined project deliverables that require collaboration across multiple teams and organizations.

Project Details:

• Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of project and program-level deliverables.
• Communicate project objectives, priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations to stakeholders and participating teams.
• Coordinate and facilitate delivery routines, including project kickoffs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and other governance activities.
• Facilitate Scrum and Agile ceremonies and support teams in maintaining delivery momentum.
• Track project demands, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items using Jira and other project tracking tools.
• Assist teams with planning, tracking, and delivering various business and technology demands.

Must Haves

• Experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Project Lead, or Delivery Lead.
• Strong experience with Jira for Scrum, project tracking, backlog management, and delivery coordination.
• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices and ceremonies.
• Experience tracking project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Remedy.
