Delivery Driver
Central Mechanical Wichita, LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking Delivery Driver to support our field crews. This position is responsible for delivering materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites throughout Wichita and the surrounding area.
This is a hands-on position that requires more than driving. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of anticipating job-site needs and keeping our crews supplied and productive.
Responsibilities
- Load, secure, transport, and unload materials at various commercial job sites.
- Make deliveries and pickups throughout Wichita and the surrounding area.
- Safely pull, maneuver, load, and unload trailers.
- Coordinate with foremen and project personnel to ensure crews receive the materials and equipment they need.
- Anticipate jobsite and crew needs and help keep deliveries organized and on schedule.
- Properly secure loads and follow company safety and vehicle policies.
- Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment in a clean and safe condition.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas driver's license and clean driving record required.
- CDL is not required.
- Experience safely pulling and maneuvering trailers is required.
- Experience in construction, plumbing, mechanical contracting, material handling, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to safely load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance.
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Must be proactive and able to anticipate what crews will need rather than simply waiting for direction.
- Professional attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Pay: Based on experience and qualifications.
