$2,500 Hiring Bonus – Full-Time Delivery Driver with a 4-Day WorkweekTuesday–Friday | Three-Day Weekends | Non-CDL
We're a
locally owned food distribution company in inner SE Portland, serving restaurants and foodservice businesses throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington since 1962.
We're looking for a reliable, positive person to join our team as a
Full-Time Delivery Driver on our four-day, 10-hour schedule.
This position primarily involves delivering foodservice products on our longer-distance regional routes, including
Eugene, Corvallis, and the Oregon Coast, with some warehouse responsibilities as needed.
Delivery experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, providing excellent customer service, and staying physically active. Experience in foodservice, beverage distribution, or commercial delivery is a plus. We provide paid, hands-on training to help you become confident and successful in your role.

What You'll Do
- Deliver refrigerated, frozen, and dry foodservice products using non-CDL refrigerated box trucks
- Safely load, unload, and deliver customer orders at multiple stops throughout the day
- Provide friendly, professional service to our customers
- Verify orders, handle delivery paperwork, and communicate with dispatch
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Assist with pulling, staging, receiving, and stocking warehouse orders when needed
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided)
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace
- Work independently while being part of a dependable team
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Non-CDL)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Able to repeatedly lift and handle 60+ lbs and 250# on a hand truck.
- Comfortable with a physically active job involving frequent lifting, unloading, walking, bending, delivering down stairs, and climbing in and out of the truck
- Punctual, dependable, and comfortable with early morning starts and longer-distance routes
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and strong work ethic
- Customer-focused and able to work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous delivery experience preferred, but not required
Important: This is a hands-on delivery position, not simply a driving job. Drivers are responsible for unloading foodservice products at customer locations throughout their routes. Applicants should be comfortable with the physical requirements of the position.
