Delivery Driver

Seeking reliable, independent, detail-oriented, hardworking individuals for Full-time or Part-time positions with Genesis Enterprises, LLC, delivering packages.

Candidates are responsible for safely and accurately delivering packages to customers, using our navigation app to complete deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and working independently while being a part of a dynamic team. Successful delivery drivers are problem solvers, excellent communicators focused on getting the job done!

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Safely handle and deliver packages on time.

- Safely drive and perform vehicle safety inspections on the Company vehicle.

- Adhere to all state & local laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies.

- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times.

- Keep pace in physically demanding weather conditions.

- Lift/carry packages up to 50 pounds.

- Load and unload packages in delivery vehicles.

- Repeatedly exiting and entering the delivery van during shifts.
- Support the team in daily work requirements.

- Use smartphone for GPS Navigation, scan packages, communicate with leadership, time card.

Ideal candidates must be/have:

- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- 21 years of age or older

- Unrestricted driver's license

- Reliable transportation

- Lift/carry up to 50 pounds

- Must pass a background check and drug screen

- Must have good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills

- Strong work ethic and great attitude

The typical work week is 4 10-hour days. One weekend day is a must. Two 15-minute paid breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch break per day.
