We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver. As a Furniture Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering furniture products to our customers in a safe and timely manner. You will work with a team of delivery drivers to ensure that products are delivered efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver furniture products to customers in a safe and timely manner
- Load and unload furniture products onto and off of delivery trucks
- Inspect furniture products for damage before and after delivery
- Assemble furniture products on-site as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers during delivery and assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck
- Complete delivery and assembly paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Prior experience in furniture delivery or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift heavy furniture products (up to 100 lbs) with the help of a partner
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Salary and Benefits:
- This is a full-time position, Located in Port Charlotte, Florida with a daily shift from Monday to Friday.
- The salary for this position is $21-$22.15/ Hourly, depending on experience. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan. We also offer paid time off and opportunities for advancement within the company.
