Delivery Driver/Packer/Bakery Bread Production Team Member - Fulltime

Job Summary - Littleton’s Bakery at North Market is seeking a person interested in learning more about the bakery at Littleton’s Market, functioning in a duel role as delivery driver/packer and production team member. The Delivery Driver/Packer/Production Team Member will work closely with other members of the bakery team to learn about bread production and meet the needs of our customers.

Job Summary -   Littleton’s Bakery at North Market is seeking a person interested in learning more about the bakery at Littleton’s Market, functioning in a duel role as delivery driver/packer and production team member. The Delivery Driver/Packer/Production Team Member  will work closely with other members of the bakery team to learn about bread production and meet the needs of our customers.  This is a physically active position with the opportunity to work independently and in concert with the team. The position has a 3am start time.



Responsibilities: 

•  Slicing and Packaging all breads
• Properly labeling baked goods
• Staging out bread deliveries by location per pick sheets
• Completing invoice sheets
• Delivering and staging baked goods for Littleton's Market
• Dividing dough by hand and with dough divider
• Folding dough
• Pre-shaping and final shaping of various doughs
• Taking temperature of doughs
• Panning dough and staging racks after completing
• Cleaning and sanitizing work area and tools
  
  

Qualifications: 

• Clean driving record
• Detail Oriented
• Collaborate with other team members
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong organizational skills
• Works well in/enjoys fast paced work environment
• Able to be on their feet, standing, twisting etc. throughout shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
