In this role, drivers deliver fresh products from our production facility to restaurants, retail partners, and foodservice customers while ensuring safe, timely, and accurate deliveries.

Schedule- Typically 3–4 days per week
- Early morning start time (approximately 3:00 AM)
- Routes generally finish by early afternoon
- Schedule may vary slightly based on route assignments and business needs
Responsibilities- Safely operate company delivery vehicles on assigned routes
- Load, transport, and deliver products accurately and on schedule
- Verify orders before departure and at delivery locations
- Unload and stage deliveries at assigned customer locations
- Complete delivery logs and required paperwork
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow all Company safety, DOT, and food handling standards
Pay Structure- Hourly Pay + Route Pay (per completed route/shift)
- One route pay per shift
- Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage laws
Qualifications- Valid Texas Driver’s License (CDL not required)
- Clean driving record (MVR check required)
- Delivery driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, and refrigerated environments
- Ability to work early morning schedules consistently
