What You'll Do
- Safely load, transport, and unload heavy construction and agricultural equipment throughout Tennessee and surrounding states
- Operate a variety of trucks and trailers, including lowboy, dovetail, and rollback trailers
- Pick up and transport equipment requiring service or repair back to the Nashville shop
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain transportation records
- Communicate professionally with customers, Rental Staff, and Service personnel to coordinate deliveries and pickups
- Support rental operations and provide exceptional customer service during equipment deliveries
- Ensure all loads are properly secured and transported in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
What You Bring
- Class A CDL required
- Minimum of 2 years of Class A driving experience
- Experience hauling heavy equipment preferred
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company's standards
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Mechanical aptitude and experience operating heavy equipment is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors and tolerate varying weather conditions
