Responsibilities:- Safely deliver prescription medications and pharmacy products to patients' homes and facilities
- Handle and transport medications with care, maintaining proper packaging and confidentiality
- Collect signatures, co-payments, and other required documentation upon delivery
- Communicate courteously and professionally with patients and customers at each stop
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any issues to pharmacy staff
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition
Requirements:- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and highly dependable
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and HIPAA awareness
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages of moderate weight
- Prior delivery or customer-facing experience is a plus
