As our volume grows handling anywhere from 100 to 250+ orders per batch/run we are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented team member to manage delivery operations, container management, and dish/kitchen utility upkeep.
We are seeking an energetic and multi-talented Delivery Driver & Kitchen Utility Lead to handle customer deliveries, container retrieval, vehicle care, and kitchen clean-up/dish station maintenance.
This role serves as the crucial final link between our culinary team and our clients. You will ensure orders are loaded securely, delivered on time, coolers/containers are collected and sanitized, and our kitchen workspace remains spotless and operational.

Container & Cooler Management: Collect, track, bring back, and sanitize reusable delivery coolers, meal containers, and transport equipment from client sites.
Professional Representation: Act as the face of Manna Miami during client drop-offs, ensuring prompt, courteous service and maintaining professional communication.
2. Vehicle Maintenance & Fleet Care
Vehicle Cleanliness & Safety: Keep delivery vans/vehicles clean, organized, swept, and sanitized inside and out after every delivery run.
Fueling & Fleet Upkeep: Ensure vehicles are properly fueled, fluid levels are maintained, and basic safety checks (tire pressure, lights) are completed prior to departure.
3. Dish Station, Sanitation & Kitchen Utility
Dishwasher & Sanitation Operations: Operate the dish washing station, ensuring all cooking utensils, pots, pans, delivery containers, and prep tools are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
Commissary Clean-Up & Teardown: Assist line staff with daily kitchen teardown, trash/recycling removal, floor sweeping/mopping, and maintaining shared commissary kitchen cleanliness standards.
Delegated Support Duties: Provide delegated prep, loading, or organizational support to the kitchen team during peak production and packing windows.

Driver's License & Clean Record: Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
Driving Experience: Previous experience driving cargo vans, delivery vehicles, or performing local route deliveries in the South Florida/Miami area.
Reliability & Punctuality: Proven track record of consistent attendance and on-time performance.
Certifications: ServSafe Food Handler Certification preferred (or willingness to complete within 30 days of hire).
Adaptability: Comfort working across both logistics/driving and hands-on kitchen utility/dish roles.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (coolers, containers, cases of produce) and stand/walk for extended periods.

Full-Time Transition: Planned expansion to full-time (~40 hours per week) by October as delivery runs expand to Tuesday and Thursday runs.
Benefits: Benefits evaluation and eligibility ramp-up provided as position expands to permanent full-time status.
