Delivery Driver Helper
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour Schedule: Sunday-Saturday workweek Pay Day: Every Friday Shift: Start time 4:00 AM until route completion (hours vary daily) Start Date: Immediate openings available Conversion Eligibility: After 480 hours worked
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver Helpers to join our team. In this role, you will ride along with a Delivery Driver and assist with the delivery, unloading, stocking, and merchandising of beverage products at customer locations. This is a highly physical position that requires excellent attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Delivery Driver with loading and unloading beverage products.
Deliver products safely and efficiently to customer locations.
Stock shelves, coolers, displays, and beverage sections according to company standards.
Maintain clean, organized, and properly merchandised product displays.
Ensure point-of-sale materials are current and displayed appropriately.
Provide excellent customer service while working at customer accounts.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
This position is highly physical and requires the ability to:
Lift and move cases weighing up to 46 pounds on a regular basis.
Assist with moving kegs weighing up to 160 pounds.
Push and pull loaded hand trucks with forces up to 65 pounds.
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
Work outdoors and at multiple customer locations throughout the day.
Maintain stamina for long shifts and mandatory overtime as needed.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to speak and understand English for safety and communication purposes.
Must be able to work weekends and mandatory overtime.
Steel-toed boots required.
Must pass a 7-year background check.
Must pass a 5-panel drug screen.
Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
