Key Responsibilities

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture at all times
• Execute safe driving best practices with a sense of urgency when delivering meals
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and protecting the Chick-fil-A brand
• Maintain cleanliness, speed, accuracy, and food quality in the delivery assembly area and vehicles
• Meet with your supervisor each shift to receive specific duties and instructions
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s dress code and operational standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by Catering Director

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Working smartphone with data plan and GPS
• Ability to carry delivery tote bags weighing 35-50 lbs
• Motivated to provide excellent customer service and uphold brand standards
