WHAT DOES A SHIFT LOOK LIKE?

Your shift starts at the restaurant, where you'll make sure your delivery vehicle is clean, safe, fueled, and ready to go.

An order comes in.

You confirm everything is there, load up, and hit the road.

When you arrive, you're not simply dropping off a bag. You're representing Chick-fil-A. A friendly greeting, careful delivery, and genuine interaction can turn an ordinary food delivery into a great experience.

Then it's back to the restaurant and on to the next one.

Throughout your shift, you'll:

• Safely operate a Chick-fil-A delivery vehicle

• Complete vehicle safety checks before and after driving

• Deliver orders efficiently and accurately

• Provide friendly and professional service at every doorstep

• Communicate with the restaurant throughout your shift

• Keep your delivery vehicle clean and ready for service

• Use mobile technology to manage deliveries and navigation

• Assist the restaurant team between deliveries when needed

On Demand Part Time Driver

Looking for flexibility?

On Demand Drivers must work at least 3 shifts or 12 hours per week.

Scheduled Full Time Driver

Looking for more consistent hours?

Scheduled Drivers must average at least 35 hours per week, with a maximum of 40 hours per week.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Great Delivery Drivers are safe, dependable, friendly, and comfortable working independently.

We're looking for people who:

• Have a positive attitude

• Put safety first

• Are dependable and punctual

• Provide genuine hospitality

• Communicate well with guests and teammates

• Are comfortable using mobile technology and navigation

• Can adapt when traffic, deliveries, or priorities change

• Work with urgency while making safe decisions

Drivers must have a clean 3 year driving record.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an active position. Delivery Drivers must be able to:

• Remain on their feet for extended periods

• Sit and drive for periods throughout a shift

• Walk, bend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the day

• Be able to perform all job duties with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Carry orders up stairs and safely navigate different delivery locations

• Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures

• Perform repetitive tasks and move with a sense of urgency
