Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening, including marijuana
- Clean criminal background
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work safely in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to speak and understand English
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company owned delivery vehicle
- Deliver packages accurately, safely, and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Load, secure, and protect packages during transport
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing FedEx
