Delivery Driver/Customer Service

About the Role


We’re a Texas-based coffee company serving coffee shops, restaurants, churches, and offices across the San Antonio and Austin areas. We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team and represent our brand on the road every day.



Schedule & Territory


•       Routes cover the San Antonio and Austin areas within a 75-mile radius


•       Deliveries run Monday through Friday


•       Shifts start between 4:00–6:30 AM, depending on route and day


•       3 days/week to start with the opportunity to drive additional days to cover other drivers and as business increases. 


 



Responsibilities


•       Safely operate a company van to deliver boxed products to customers on assigned routes


•       Load and unload deliveries accurately and efficiently


•       Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service at every stop


•       Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or issues


•       Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical concerns promptly


•       Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies


•       Pick product in the warehouse according to invoice paperwork for 12-15 orders


 



Qualifications


•       4+ years of delivery driving experience


•       Clean driving record (MVR check required)


•       Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor


•       Ability to start early morning shifts reliably


•       Physical ability to load, unload, and move boxed products throughout the shift


•       Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle


 



Compensation & Benefits


•       Pay: $18-$22/hour


•       Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law


•       Health/dental/vision: After 60 Days
