Delivery Driver

Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to bases or other vehicles, using telephones or mobile two-way radios. In this role, you will report to a Denver venue to load packages, then drive to locations in the Denver area and surrounding cities.

YOU MUST BRING YOUR PERSONAL VEHICLE AND HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. 

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join us as Delivery Drivers. 

In this role, you will report to a Denver venue to load packages, then drive to locations in the Denver area and surrounding cities. Must download/use the OnFleet app for tracking. Must have data connection or offline maps. Long driving stretches may be required.

Responsibilities: 

• Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
• Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
• Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
• Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions.
• Turn in receipts and money received from deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles.
• Present bills and receipts and collect payments for goods delivered or loaded.
• Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to bases or other vehicles, using telephones or mobile two-way radios.

Requirements:

• Must have your own vehicle 
• Must have a valid driver's license 
• Must have a smart phone
• Vehicle must be clean, empty, and able to store 35-40 grocery-sized bags
• Must have offline maps available in case of lost service

Preferences:

• Prior delivery driving experience
• Gloves for loading packages into your car
