We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver and Warehouse Technician to support the storage, organization, and distribution of medical supplies. This role is responsible for warehouse organization, preparing deliveries, and transporting supplies to homes and healthcare facilities across North Carolina.The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable with regional travel, including overnight trips.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse - Receive, inspect, and verify incoming medical supplies
- Organize, label, and maintain accurate inventory within the warehouse
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medical materials in compliance with company standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
- Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Prepare orders for delivery by picking, packing, and staging materials
Delivery & Logistics - Load and secure products onto delivery trucks to ensure safe transport
- Deliver medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, homes, and healthcare facilities across North Carolina
- Follow delivery schedules and optimize routes for efficiency
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and safety protocols
Travel Expectations - Travel multiple days per week across North Carolina
- Overnight travel required, typically 2-4 nights per month depending on delivery routes
Required Qualifications - Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to operate box trucks (18 ft or larger) safely and confidently
- Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs or more as needed)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic recordkeeping and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications - Experience driving larger delivery vehicles (18 ft+ box truck or similar)
- Prior experience with medical supply delivery, healthcare logistics, or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Understanding of medical product handling or regulatory requirements (e.g., temperature sensitivity, sterility)
