- Safely deliver food orders to customers homes and businesses in a timely manner
- Verify customer orders and collect payments, handling cash transactions accurately
- Assist with food preparation, including making pizzas and other menu items
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and delivery vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests
- Navigate local roads efficiently, optimizing delivery routes for speed and accuracy
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Perform basic restaurant duties as needed, including cleaning and restocking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Maintain an organized and professional appearance at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record meeting company standards
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle for delivery use
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Professional customer service and communication abilities
- Proficiency in cash transaction handling and basic mathematical competency
- Comprehensive knowledge of local area and traffic patterns in Phoenix
- Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain standing for extended periods
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain professional conduct
- Food handling experience or certification preferred
