Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner while maintaining a professional demeanor
Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and map applications to optimize delivery times
Communicate effectively with customers, answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy and patience
Complete cash and digital transactions accurately, maintaining detailed records of all deliveries
Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
Lift and carry packages up to 25 lbs. safely and securely
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices
Provide exceptional customer service, representing our organization positively in every interaction
Collaborate with the team to meet daily delivery goals and deadlines
Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate concerns when necessary
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
Proof of current Liability Insurance
Reliable, well-maintained vehicle in good working condition
Ability to follow directions and navigate routes effectively
Strong time management and organizational skills
Basic math and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods
Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous delivery or customer service experience
Familiarity with GPS and navigation technology
