DELIVERY COORDINATOR / PRODUCTION PLANNER

Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

• Act as the primary interface between supply chain, production, process, and purchasing to streamline information flow for Oleon's blending and esterification processes.
• Assemble all necessary information such as order book, available supplies, capacity of installations, consolidates the info, draws up or finetunes the planning for the plant in Conroe in line with the overall planning.
• Provide regular updates on delivery coordination and status for incoming shipments.
• Support coordination with production teams to align delivery schedules with labor and raw materials needs.
• Be an active proponent in improving on time delivery
• Collaborate with purchasing/supply chain to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.
• Signal shortcomings in current scheduling and planning processes, systems, and procedures within the assigned part and suggest improvements and contributes to the actual implementation.
