Delivery Assurance Specialist

Job Description

USD: 65,000-70,000

• Use exceptional customer service skills to view critical part allocation requests from operators and MRO facilities.
• Update and create accurate material delivery commits for decision making on part allocation between operator and MRO shops.
• Participate in SAP Testing environment. Provide feedback on SAP UI updates prior to updating production environment.
• Review material shortage status and work with cross-functional teams to mitigate. Work with CAMs to understand operator requirement.
• Reah out to buyers to obtain commit dates for critical parts
• Update internal spare parts team on the commit stream for parts related to the assigned buyer codes
• Experience/Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills
• 1-3 years' experience in Delivery Assurance
• Proficient in SAP
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook).
• Experience with Pratt & Whitney systems and SAP transaction codes a huge plus.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience preferred
