Salary Range : $85K/AnnumJob Summary:
We are seeking a Delivery Assurance Specialist to drive supplier performance, on-time delivery, supplier development, and quality improvement within the aerospace supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery commitments, WIP, and recovery plans.
- Identify supply chain risks, capacity constraints, and production bottlenecks.
- Conduct supplier assessments and develop Supplier Improvement Plans.
- Support supplier quality improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Review PFMEA, Control Plans, and quality documentation.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Track KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Collaborate with suppliers, engineering, quality, procurement, and operations teams.
- Conduct onsite supplier visits to assess progress and resolve issues.
