Lead With Purpose - Protect Public Resources and Strengthen Greensboro's Collections
The City of Greensboro is seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and confident Delinquent Collections Supervisor to lead the Assessment and Delinquent Account Sections within the Collections Division. This position combines team leadership, financial operations, legal processes, and customer service to help ensure delinquent accounts are accurately managed and appropriate collection efforts are pursued. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating complex regulations, resolving difficult customer concerns, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Hiring Salary Range: $50,095.00 - $65,915.00 Full Salary Range: $50,095.00 - $89,644.00 Annually
