As a DeliBakery Clerk, youll handle everything from fried chicken to 9-layer cakes and everything in between. Preparing, serving, cooking, and cleaning - its all a part of the Carlie Cs BakeryDeli.
Duties
• Use scales and printer to understand tare weight. • Use and sharpen meat/cheese slicer. • Use and monitor chicken fryer, including grease management. • Make meals for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. • Understand portion control and monitor food temperature requirements. • Operate oven-proof box. • Keep sales area full and rotated. • Clean and sanitize the area. • Maintain Carlie Cs Uniform Standards. • Any and all other daily operational duties as directed by DeliBakery Manager.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age. Friendly and outgoing. Neat and clean in appearance. Must enjoy working with the public. Must be able to follow instructions. Experience is a plus.
