FLSA: Exempt Temporary/Continuing: Continuing Part-Time/Full-Time: Full-Time Union Group: N/A Term of Position: 12 Month At Will/Just Cause: Just Cause Summary of Position: Primary responsibilities include programming for Ferris'''' degree audit platform, MyDegree (Degree Works by Ellucian). This position scribes curricular changes, generates reports, reviews curriculum proposals, and provides customer service related to MyDegree. This is a full-time, continuing position.
The selected candidate for this position must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire without employer assistance or sponsorship now or in the future. The university will not assist with any F-1 EADs, OPT, H-1 B, etc.
Position Type: Staff Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
Required Work Experience: Two years of professional work experience in an office setting. Required Licenses and Certifications: Physical Demands:
Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered: Demonstrated work experience in higher education using an enterprise software program. Familiarity with academic advising and student records. Exposure to post-secondary curriculum processes and procedures. Experience with Degree Works or other degree audit platforms in the test environment. Knowledge of Ferris general education requirements. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Work collaboratively across the institution to program Degree Works using the Ellucian scribing language to scribe academic program and technical requirements.
