You'll work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to enhance efficiency, solve complex challenges, and support new manufacturing initiatives.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support machining processes, equipment, and tooling requirements.
  • Create and maintain engineering drawings, work instructions, and ECOs.
  • Drive process improvements through root cause analysis and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Design fixtures using CAD software and recommend new manufacturing solutions.
  • Support equipment implementation, validation, and capital improvement projects.
  • Partner with production teams to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput

Profile

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to manufacturing support.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and engineering change processes preferred.
