Their products support demanding applications across aerospace, defense, industrial, and specialized engineering markets where performance, quality, and reliability are critical.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain electrical test procedures for production and qualification testing.Design and support test fixtures, test setups, and automated testing systems.Perform functional, diagnostic, and environmental testing on electrical products and assemblies.Troubleshoot product failures and support root cause investigations and corrective actions.Interpret schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.Analyze test data and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.Support new product introduction activities through test strategy development and validation.Maintain test equipment calibration and compliance with quality standards.Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Design Engineering teams to improve product testability and reliability.Support internal audits, customer audits, and qualification testing activities.The Successful ApplicantIdeal Candidate:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.2+ years of experience in electrical testing, manufacturing engineering, or test engineering.Strong understanding of electrical circuits, troubleshooting, insulation resistance testing, and HiPot testing.Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Experience with root cause analysis methodologies.Exposure to automated test systems and programming tools such as LabVIEW or Python is preferred.Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100 is a plus.Hands-on experience with electrical assembly, soldering, prototyping, or similar laboratory/manufacturing activities is highly desirable.What's On OfferWhat's To Offer:Opportunity to work on highly engineered, mission-critical products.Collaborative engineering and manufacturing environment.Exposure to advanced testing technologies and product development initiatives.Competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits.Career growth opportunities within a leading technology-focused organization.
