We are hiring an experienced Deductions Analyst III for a hybrid contract opportunity in Atlanta, GA.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Deductions Analyst III

• Location: Atlanta, GA

• Pay Rate: $27/hr on W2

• Duration: Contract through February 2028

• Work Schedule: Hybrid Onsite Tuesday Thursday

• Experience: 5 6 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily research, investigation, communication, and resolution of customer deductions.

• Analyze deductions and prepare support for credit and debit memos.

• Handle transactions that fall outside agreed-upon customer terms.

• Reconcile invoices, customer accounts, and payment discrepancies.

• Identify root causes and develop solutions to reduce recurring deductions.

• Work with customers and internal teams to resolve deduction issues.

• Attend meetings and customer discussions related to deduction resolution.

• Take proactive steps to minimize write-offs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 5 6 years of experience in deductions, accounts receivable, cash applications, customer claims, or related finance functions.

• Strong experience with invoice and account reconciliation.

• Advanced analytical and reporting skills.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar ERP systems.

• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.

• Candidate must provide their own laptop for this engagement.
