Earning Potential
- Weekly Average: $1,600 to $1,850 (top earners bank up to $2,200).
- Annual Potential: Earn up to $115,000+ a year.
- Unload Pay: Earn a flat $325 for every trailer you unload.
- Mileage Rate: Scale up to $0.86 CPM based on your experience level.
- Transition Cash: A $2,500 sign-on bonus to help you get settled.
- Extras: $30 per backhaul completed.
Route, Equipment & Lifestyle
- Home Time: Home 3 to 4 times every single week instead of waiting for the weekend.
- The Route: Dedicated lanes through Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
- Weekly Miles: Keep it steady with about 1,110 miles per week (averaging 3 loads with 3 to 5 stops each).
- The Labor: 100% touch freight. You'll handle trailer unloads at store stops, which is why the unload pay is so high.
- The Schedule: Overnight driving to bypass heavy traffic and hit early morning delivery slots.
- The Fleet: Well-maintained, late-model trucks designed for driver comfort.
What's Required
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
- Physical capability to handle trailer unloads in various weather conditions.
- Must have secure, designated parking for the truck and trailer during home time.
- Available for night, weekend, and holiday schedules.
- Clean MVR and background check (strictly not SAP friendly).
- Please pack 2 weeks of personal supplies to bring to orientation.
