We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a regional dry van fleet operating primarily throughout South Texas. This position offers weekly home time, guaranteed daily pay, no-touch freight, and consistent miles while keeping drivers closer to home than traditional OTR routes.

Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,300
- Guaranteed Minimum Pay:$220 per day
- Performance Bonus paid based on miles
- Average Weekly Miles: 1,700–2,000
- Stop Pay: $15 per stop
- Guaranteed pay program available for qualified drivers
Home Time & Schedule
- Home approximately once every week
- 6 days on / 2 days off
- Day and night shifts available
- Weekend work required
- Some holiday work may be required
What You'll Do
- Haul dry van freight throughout the South Texas region
- Operate primarily between:
- Houston
- San Antonio
- South Texas Triangle
- Transport a mix of:
- Drop & hook freight
- Live loads
- Live unloads
- Preloaded trailers
- Safely complete inspections and maintain DOT compliance
- Deliver freight on schedule while providing professional customer service

- Dry van trailers
- 100% No-Touch Freight
- Regional fleet (not a dedicated account)
- Consistent freight volume throughout the year
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of first-seat CDL-A experience
- Must live within 250 miles of an approved hiring city
- Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required
- Must be available for both day and night operations
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
