Deburr Technician – 2nd Shift

Pay:Starting at $15.00 per hour(DOE)
Location:Owasso, OK 74055
Shift:Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM(Overtime as Required)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Deburr Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Owasso. This position is responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, machining marks, and excess material from precision machined components while ensuring every part meets customer specifications and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn



Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Deburr machined metal and plastic components using hand, pneumatic, and rotary tools
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, machining marks, and excess material without affecting part dimensions
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings
• Perform visual inspections to ensure finished parts meet quality standards
• Handle materials carefully to prevent cosmetic or dimensional damage
• Prioritize workload to meet production schedules and deadlines
• Complete production records and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned



Preferred Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience
• Experience with deburring, polishing, finishing, or assembly operations
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers



Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands and wrists while operating hand and pneumatic tools
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements
• Ability to safely work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
