Location: Fort Worth, TX 

Pay: $22.50/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential = $23.50/hr

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Overtime:

• Mandatory: Fridays (same shift) 
• Voluntary: Saturdays, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM 

Position Overview

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-established manufacturing company. We're looking for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with their hands and take pride in producing quality work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deburr, buff, and polish machined metal components 
• Remove sharp edges and imperfections using hand tools and grinders 
• Inspect parts for defects and quality standards 
• Clean and finish metal surfaces 
• Utilize files, abrasive stones, polishing compounds, and other finishing tools 
• Maintain a clean and safe work area 
• Follow all quality and safety procedures 

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand tools 
• Comfortable working with metal parts in a manufacturing environment 
• Strong attention to detail and quality 
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed 
• Willingness to work the required overtime schedule 
• Background check and drug screen required 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
