Description
Job Title: Deburr Technician
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626
Onsite role
Working hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM PST
What we’re looking for:
Looking for a highly motivated Deburr Technician.
What you’ll be doing;
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections of machined
- Deburring of parts as defined by Engineering, Manufacturing Team Leaders
- Deburr of parts to schedule as defined by WIP, the manufacturing production schedule and Manufacturing Operations Team Leaders and Managers.
- Inter-Department cooperation.
- Ensure proper deburr of parts to spec and without related damage or error.
- Prioritize workload to meet all required deadlines.
- Taking ownership of attention to detail, quality, etc.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Minimum five years’ experience in racing engine build environment.
- Hands on engine part deburr experience, fine motor skills.
- Mechanical Skills: Must have strong mechanical skills; ability to proficiently use/understand all related Deburr tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Including strong listening
- skills; open-mindedness; team working and language skills necessary to facilitate effective cooperation between Associates and departments.
- Basic written and communication skills: the ability to read and write basic English.
- Proficient in MS Office products- Excel, Word.
- Must be self- motivated and able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
- Must have the patience, and diligence to achieve the best results possible
- Ability to push/pull 30 lbs force.
