Deburr Operator

Pay: $17–$20/hour, depending on experience

Position Summary
HireCall is seeking a dependable Deburr Operator with experience in deburring and aircraft component assembly. This role focuses on removing burrs, applying proper surface finishes, and assisting with aircraft and component assembly in a manufacturing environment.
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Extended hours: May be required to work until 1:00 AM depending on workload
Overtime: Saturdays as needed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Deburr fabricated, machined, and manufactured components made from various alloys
Apply surface finishes per blueprint specifications and finish callouts
Perform aircraft component assembly, including rivet installation
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Use calipers and other measuring equipment to verify dimensions
Operate shop equipment including:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work as a team to meet production and quality goals
Qualifications
Experience in deburring and aircraft assembly
Optional technical school training preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment
