    Description

    Responsible for repairs / troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical assemblies within the manufacturing operation.

    Full 5+ years are needed where they could run a lab doing deep component level PCB testing.

    • 5+ years of experience in enterprise server, storage, or networking hardware repair.
    • Strong understanding of server power architecture, VRMs, power sequencing, and high-speed signal integrity fundamentals.
    • Experience with BGA rework, PCIe interfaces, and high-speed interconnects.
    • Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and PCB layout files
    • Perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and component-level debug on complex multi-layer server and data center PCBAs, including CPU, GPU, FPGA, ASIC, memory, and power subsystems.
    • Diagnose high-speed signal, power distribution, and mixed-signal circuits using schematics, PCB layout files, POST codes, BMC logs, boundary scan, and diagnostic utilities.
    • Utilize advanced test equipment including high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and automated test platforms
