Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity

As a Deals - Financial Due Diligence - Senior Associate, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze financial information, focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role, you will be part of our Deals practice, focusing on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. This position offers a chance to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets, and cash flows in client transactions
  • Navigating complex mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to maximize client value
  • Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting techniques to inform strategic advice
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business context and transaction objectives
  • Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and generate insights for client recommendations
  • Upholding professional and technical standards in financial due diligence processes
  • Developing meaningful client relationships to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Managing deal-related tasks and contractual agreements to support transaction execution
  • Leveraging industry trend analysis to provide informed guidance on market conditions
  • Mentoring junior team members to enhance their understanding of financial due diligence

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor''s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
