This role plays an important part in creating a positive experience for customers by helping to keep service lanes, parking areas, and vehicle flow organized and efficient. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Move vehicles safely and efficiently within the dealership premises, including service lanes, parking areas, and wash areas.
- Greet customers and help direct them to the appropriate service team member.
- Maintain organization of the service drive and parking areas to support smooth operations.
- Assist with vehicle staging, retrieval, and delivery as needed.
- Keep the service area clean, orderly, and presentable at all times.
- Support advisors and technicians with basic operational tasks when needed.
- Follow all dealership policies, safety procedures, and vehicle handling guidelines.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods as needed.
