Job Title: Dealership Receptionist – Ed Voyles Kia of Smyrna
About the Role
Ed Voyles Kia is looking for a friendly, organized receptionist to be the first face and voice our customers meet. If you like people, stay calm when the phones are busy, and take pride in a clean, welcoming front desk, we’d like to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers as they arrive and direct them to sales, service, parts, or finance
- Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
- Take messages and make sure they reach the right person
- Keep the showroom front desk and lobby clean and welcoming
- Help with basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Support the sales and service teams as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred (automotive dealership experience a plus)
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with people all day
- Clear phone skills and good communication
- Organized and able to handle a busy front desk
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office)
- Reliable, punctual, and available [weekdays/evenings/Saturdays]
- High school diploma or equivalent
