    This is a Great Opportunity to Learn Automotive Accounting at an Established Dealership 

     

    Circle BMW, part of the Circle Motor Group family of dealerships, has an immediate opening for an entry-level accounting associate. The Dealership Accounting Coordinator supports the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions across all dealership departments, including Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance & Insurance (F&I). This position contributes to the integrity of dealership financial reporting and operational efficiency through detailed administrative and accounting support.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Prepare and process all cash and checks for service deposit.
    • Reconcile all service and sales credit card transactions for the dealership.
    • Stock new, used and loaner cars into inventory, input vehicle info into accounting and prepare deal jackets.
    • Scan and file all paperwork for office.
    • Close repair orders (ROs) internals/ post miscellaneous invoices. 
    • Reconcile parts statement, new and used car floorplan statements and Luxury tax. 
    • Pay aftermarket vendors and receipt refunds for aftermarket cancellations and refund them accordingly. 
    • Receipt all wholesale checks. 
    • Create spread sheets for all sold vehicles/ mail titles to financial institutes/customers.

    Who are we looking for?

    • Automotive Accounting experience in a dealership setting is a plus
    • Ability to Self-motivate, prioritize given workload and execute efficiently and in the required time frame is critical.
    • Team player with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency is key.
    • Excellent communication skills- both written and oral.
    • Critical thinker who will question inconsistencies and offer solutions to the Office Manager.
