Essential Duties

• Provide general support to the accounting office team
• Complete document scanning for record retention of all departments
• Assist with stocking in new and used vehicles
• Assist with processing dealer trades
• Post coded invoices provided by AP
• Post factory statements (Warranty, Rebates, Incentives)
• Assist with mailing invoices, statements, checks, and contracts
• Cross train with AP/AR and Title/Billing to identify areas where support can be provided
• Fill in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management
• Other tasks as assigned by the Controller

Requirements

• Available to work 8a – 5p
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred
• Pay range - $17/hr to $19/hr
