Deal Support Analysts provide analytical, operational, and coordination support throughout the investment and transaction lifecycle, from initial evaluation through closing and post-deal integration. The role blends financial analysis, data management, and process execution in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
These roles often involve close collaboration with investment professionals, deal teams, legal counsel, finance, and external advisors.
Support deal execution processes, including due diligence, transaction tracking, and documentation
Assist with financial analysis, valuation models, and investment materials
Prepare and maintain deal-related data rooms, schedules, and internal trackers
Coordinate information flow between internal teams and external advisors
Support investment committee materials, presentations, and reporting
Track deal milestones, approvals, and closing requirements
Assist with post-close activities, including integration support and performance tracking
Identify process inefficiencies and help improve deal execution workflows
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for deal team members and senior leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and transaction processes
Experience or coursework in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development (preferred but not required)
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in time-sensitive environments
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong interest in transactions, deal execution, and investment analysis
