Description

  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of complex lending transactions, including pre-closing, closing, funding, ongoing monitoring, and repayment activities.
  • Partner with lending, operations, and support teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of financing transactions.
  • Serve as an operational liaison and subject matter resource for front office teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Review transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and risk management standards.
  • Monitor collateral, covenant compliance, and other post-closing requirements to identify and escalate potential risks.
  • Coordinate with legal, risk, finance, compliance, technology, and operations teams to facilitate transaction processing and issue resolution.
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding financing requests, transaction servicing, and ongoing portfolio activities.
  • Support operational controls, documentation requirements, and portfolio monitoring processes.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives designed to enhance efficiency, controls, and client service.
  • Contribute to special projects and operational enhancement efforts across lending and portfolio management functions.
