Description

Pay Rate Range: $38 - $42.25/hr. on W2
Schedule Notes: Location: Local to Lehi, UT only Expected to come onsite 3 days a week
Duties:
  • The primary focus of this position is to serve as a trusted strategic partner to the business, applying commercial judgment and deal expertise to simplify complexity, accelerate deal velocity, and drive successful outcomes for **** and its customers.
  • This role will act in a fiduciary capacity, balancing growth and customer needs with ****'s financial, contractual, and operational requirements while managing first-line approvals throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with Sales to understand customers' business needs, develop effective deal strategies, and structure complex transactions.
  • Manage the day-to-day deal approval process, develop and communicate business cases for non-standard transactions, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions and deal closure.
  • Draft and certify customer contracts and ensure transactions adhere to **** policies, revenue recognition requirements, and operational guidelines.
  • Build strong partnerships across Sales, Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, Credit, and other functions.
  • Provide clear and consistent guidance to Sales, maintain visibility into in-quarter deals, and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve how Deal Desk operates.
Skills:
  • Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, FP&A, or a related function.
  • Experience structuring and supporting complex enterprise sales transactions and commercial agreements.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including pricing, deal economics, and commercial analysis.
  • Ability to navigate non-standard deals, identify risks, and exercise sound business judgment.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable guidance.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
