Description

Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a DE&I Project Manager to lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, programs, and strategic projects that support organizational culture, employee engagement, and business objectives. This role partners with HR, business leaders, employee resource groups, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage DE&I programs, track outcomes, and drive meaningful organizational change. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and experience supporting diversity, inclusion, talent, culture, or organizational effectiveness initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage DE&I programs, initiatives, and strategic projects from planning through execution
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and reporting frameworks
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and business leaders to support DE&I strategies and goals
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, awareness campaigns, training initiatives, and inclusion-focused events
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables are completed on time
  • Collect, analyze, and report on DE&I metrics, KPIs, and program outcomes
  • Support employee resource groups (ERGs) and related engagement initiatives
  • Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and program reporting for leadership
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, communications, and project updates
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and program enhancements
  • Support change management and communication efforts related to organizational initiatives
  • Maintain project documentation, governance materials, and reporting records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Project Management, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, HR, DE&I, talent management, organizational development, or related functions
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management, planning, and execution skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with reporting, metrics, dashboards, and program measurement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, Prosci, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar project management certification
  • Experience supporting employee engagement, culture, or organizational effectiveness programs
  • Experience with HR systems, survey tools, or reporting platforms
  • Consulting, professional services, or large enterprise experience
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and communications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
